NEW CLASSES - Friday nights

Junior Aerial class only 10 places available

Fridays 4 - 5pm for 7 – 11 year olds

This new Class is designed for boys and girls aged from 7 to 11 years of age.

This introduction to Aerial training will incorporate strength and flexibility exercises that will assist with the student dealing with the Aerial applications that are taught at level 1.

Students will learn basic applications of Hoop, Net, Sling and Tissu.
